Revenue Recovery

Revenue Recovery Act, 1968 and rules empower the Government to collect any arrears and interest due to Government as public revenue due on land. The tahsildar is authorised to take actions such as collection of dues from the defaulters, attachment and sale of movable and immovable properties of defaulters for the recovery of arrears and interest due to Government.
